He broke down the cost of what needed to be repaired and explained what he was doing throughout the process. Brad was professional, courteous and respectful of my home. I had a great customer experience. My water heater went out in my condo in Crystal Lake, but I had moved out of state and had tenets. Brad was in constant contact with me as well as my renters to get it fixed as soon as possible. I would definitely recommend!
